These terms govern your use of saharshafresh.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Saharsa Fresh Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and operating from Saharsa, Bihar (referred to as "Saharsa Fresh", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, placing an order, or joining a waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
Saharsa Fresh Private Limited is a private limited company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Saharsa, Bihar 852201, India. We operate a hyperlocal organic dairy farm and distribute related farm products under the brand name "Saharsa Fresh" (also referred to in some materials as "Sahersha Fresh").
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to place an order or transact with us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these conditions.
We may change, add to, or discontinue products at our discretion. Product images, descriptions, and weights on the Site are indicative; actual products may vary slightly due to the natural variability of farm produce.
Milk subscriptions in Saharsa run on a rolling daily basis. We reserve the right to confirm or decline a subscription based on delivery feasibility in your locality. Cancellations or pauses must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance through phone or WhatsApp.
Joining a waitlist for ghee or edamame does not create an obligation on either party to buy or sell. By joining, you allow us to contact you about product availability, pricing, and launch updates.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Milk is delivered between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM IST in Saharsa town. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, civil unrest, road closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. For shipped products (ghee and edamame, post-launch), delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.
Because milk and dairy products are perishable and time-sensitive:
You agree not to (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, (c) interfere with the proper working of the Site, or (d) use any automated tool to scrape, copy, or republish content without prior written consent.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, copy, illustrations, photographs, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Saharsa Fresh Private Limited. The marks "Saharsa Fresh" and "Sahersha Fresh" and the QR-traceability methodology are proprietary to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The QR codes printed on Saharsa Fresh Bilona Ghee jars are provided for transparency. The information they link to (source farmer, village, batch date, method) is captured in good faith, based on records collected at the time of production. While we make every reasonable effort to keep this data accurate and tamper-resistant, we do not warrant the QR-linked information as a substitute for professional certifications.
Information on the Site about nutrition, traditional methods, or food origin is for general consumer awareness only and does not constitute medical or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for individual dietary decisions, especially in case of allergies or medical conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saharsa Fresh Private Limited, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saharsa Fresh, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or any product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Saharsa, Bihar, India.
